Your order will be packed with the utmost care and sent to your specified delivery address. You will be notified about the expected delivery date and tracking details. 

UK shipping costs are charged at a flat rate of £4.99 (2 - 4 business days) 

International shipping costs are charged at a flat rate of £9.99 (3 - 17 business days)

Returns

Should you need to return, please return your order back to us in its original condition and packaging. 

After receiving your return in our returns department, we will process the return request within 2 weeks. 

All returns will need to be received within 30 days of your purchase. Please note, we do not accept returns for Earrings.

UK returns are free - please use the returns slip and label included in your order.

International returns will need to be paid for - please return back to us with recorded delivery.

Bibi Bijoux jewellery is made of the highest quality. Here are some helpful tips on how to care for your purchase:

Keep your jewellery clean with a soft cloth.

Only our silver items can also be cleaned with water and soap and dried with a soft cloth, or a silver cloth can be used. Note: this excludes all types of leather.

Don’t wear your jewellery while you're sleeping.

Avoid wearing jewellery while doing sports.

Don't wear your jewellery when in water.

Avoid spraying perfume, hairspray and chemical cleaning products on your jewellery.

When you're not wearing you jewellery, keep in its own pouch so it does not damage.
